How to claim your lottery ?

Procedure
Price above 1 lakh Winner should surrender winning ticket with necessary documents before Director of State Lotteries or Nationalised, Scheduled banks within 30 days of draw.
Price above 5 thousand & less than 1 lakh Price winner shall surender the prize winning ticket within a month of draw before District Lottery Officer.
Price less than 5 thousand Winner can directly collect price amount from lottery agency.

Documents
  1. Claim application.
  2. Self attested photostat of ticket (both side).
  3. 2 Passport size photo of winner attested by Gazetted Officer/Notary.
  4. A receipt for the prize money with revenue stamp.
  5. Self attested copy of the PAN Card.
  6. Attested identity proof (Ration Card/Driving License/Passport/Election ID Card)
